Responsibilities Build and maintain professional relationships with business partners, organizations, and external stakeholders. Coordinate with internal teams to understand requirements and support smooth execution of engagements. Manage professional profiles, databases, relationship information, follow-ups, and opportunity records. Communicate regularly through email, phone, meetings, and other professional channels. Identify potential business opportunities and develop them into long-term relationships. Track ongoing accounts and engagements, prepare basic activity updates, and ensure timely follow-through. Support management in expanding partnerships and strengthening the organization's business network. Requirements Freshers and experienced candidates may apply. Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Confidence in speaking with business professionals and managing multiple conversations or activities. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and maintain professional follow-up discipline. Knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, sales, business development, account management, customer relationships, HR, or coordination will be beneficial. This is a fully remote, full-time, performance- and commission-based opportunity. Expected monthly earning potential is ₹30,000-₹40,000+, linked to successful engagements, business performance, and individual contribution; there is no fixed salary component under the commission-based structure.
