What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities): Find & Connect: Identify and reach out to potential education influencers, creators, and institutional partners. Pitch & Communicate: Call or message them via WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn to explain the RiseUpp model and generate interest. Onboard Partners: Support the complete onboarding process and make sure new partners are activated smoothly. Track & Follow-up: Maintain simple but accurate outreach trackers, follow-up sheets, and status updates on Google Sheets or Excel. Team Coordination: Work closely with our internal teams to ensure a great experience for every partner. Who We Are Looking For (Education & Skills): Education Background: Students pursuing BBA, B.Com, Mass Communication, or 1st-year MBA (recent graduates with a strong interest in sales and marketing are also welcome). Communication Skills: Clear spoken and written skills in both English and Hindi. You must be completely comfortable making phone calls. Social Media & Tech Savvy: Good understanding of the influencer space (Instagram/YouTube), LinkedIn outreach, and basic Google Sheets/Excel. Organized Hustler: You know how to follow up without giving up and can keep your daily data well-organized. Campus Experience
