The company is seeking an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Intern to support customer outreach and business growth while gaining practical exposure to sales and client relationship management. Responsibilities Contact prospective students and customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. Understand academic requirements and recommend suitable services while explaining pricing, timelines, and processes clearly. Follow up consistently with interested leads and convert qualified enquiries into successful orders. Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM tools or Google Sheets. Work toward daily and monthly conversion targets, including 50-80+ outbound calls and at least two hours of productive conversations each day. Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to support smooth order execution. Respond promptly to customer queries, build positive relationships, identify referral opportunities, and maintain a strong customer experience. Participate actively in team meetings, sales training, and performance reviews. Requirements Freshers are welcome; candidates pursuing or recently completing BBA, B.Com, MBA, or another relevant course may apply. Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with confidence speaking to students over the phone. Interest in business development, sales, lead generation, customer counselling, and relationship management. Basic familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets and the ability to maintain organised follow-up records. Self-motivated, persuasive, target-oriented, willing to learn, and comfortable in a customer-facing environment.
