Business Development Internship at JODO

JODO is hiring for Business Development Intern! About the Company: JODO is building technology-led solutions that make important financial and education experiences more accessible and easier to navigate. Responsibilities: Support business development initiatives by identifying and researching prospective partners, institutions, and customer segments. Assist with outreach, lead qualification, follow-ups, meeting coordination, and maintaining accurate pipeline records. Work with internal teams to prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and other materials for partnership discussions. Track market feedback and competitor activity, summarize findings, and suggest practical opportunities for growth. Help monitor outreach performance and contribute to improving conversion across the business development funnel. Requirements: Hindi language proficiency is mandatory for this role, with the ability to communicate clearly in Hindi. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities. Curiosity about sales, partnerships, customer acquisition, and business growth. Good research, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills. Comfort with spreadsheets, presentations, and basic data analysis. A proactive approach, willingness to learn, and ability to work full-time from the Bangalore office. This is a paid, full-time internship for 3 months, offering a monthly stipend of ₹15,000. The intern will gain practical exposure to business development processes, stakeholder communication, market research, and growth operations while working closely with the JODO team.
