About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and confident Business Development Intern who is interested in sales, client communication, lead generation, and business growth. This role is suitable for candidates who are comfortable communicating with people, taking initiative, following up with leads, and working towards targets. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities. Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, job portals, online research, and other platforms. Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. Understand client requirements and present our services effectively. Follow up consistently with leads and maintain professional communication. Schedule meetings with interested prospects. Maintain and update lead information and follow-up status. Conduct market and competitor research. Track daily/weekly business development activities and prepare reports. Work closely with the team to achieve lead generation and conversion targets. Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion. What We're Looking For: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Confident and professional communication with clients. Good convincing and negotiation skills. Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn. Ability to research and identify quality leads. Good follow-up and relationship-building skills. Target-oriented and comfortable taking responsibility. Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Google Sheets, MS Excel, or CRM tools. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team. Candidates with prior experience in sales, business development, recruitment, marketing, or client handling will be preferred.
