About this role
You will be a key part of our sales and learner success team, helping prospective learners find the best-fit online degree or certificate programs. Roles & Responsibilities: Engage with potential learners via calls, WhatsApp, and video meetings Understand their career goals and suggest suitable online courses Explain program features, build trust, and assist with enrollment Maintain follow-ups and lead records using CRM tools Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets with the team Who Should Apply: Students or recent graduates (BBA, BCom, MBA, BA, BTech, or similar) Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Regional languages like Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil is a plus) Passionate about EdTech and helping learners grow Strong follow-up and persuasion skills Perks: ₹18,000/month fixed stipend + incentives based on performance Experience letter & Letter of Recommendation (based on performance) Mentorship from IIM alumni and senior industry professionals Opportunity to convert to a full-time role (CTC: ₹4 - ₹6 LPA) Be part of a fast-growing EdTech startup backed by industry leaders
