We help fleet owners and logistics companies manage their operations, finance, fleet, drivers, customers and other business processes in one platform. We are also building AI-powered automation to reduce manual work in logistics. We are now looking for fresh, energetic and hardworking talent who wants to build a career in Sales & Business Development. This is a great opportunity for someone who is more interested in earning through performance and incentives rather than looking only for a high fixed salary. What You Will Do You will work directly on the front line of UniZR's sales growth. • Find potential customers in the Transport & Logistics industry. • Make cold calls to transporters, fleet owners and logistics companies. • Introduce Algoaide and understand the customer's business problems. • Generate and qualify sales leads. • Schedule meetings with potential customers. • Attend F2F client meetings with the team and gradually handle meetings independently. • Demonstrate Algoaide to potential customers after proper product training. • Follow up with prospects regularly. • Convert qualified leads into paying customers. • Maintain lead and follow-up information in the CRM. • Work towards monthly sales targets. • Build relationships with customers and generate referrals. The Sales Journey You will learn and eventually manage the complete process: Lead Generation → Cold Call → Qualification → Meeting → Demo → Follow-up → Negotiation → Sale Who Are We Looking For? We are specifically looking for fresh talent, so prior sales experience is not mandatory. You could be: • A recent graduate looking for your first opportunity. •
