About the Company: Vantage Network Solutions Pvt. Ltd. / Kaatsys Tech is actively seeking a Business Development Executive specializing in IT Sales (Hardware & Software) to join our team in Bengaluru. Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Visit Corporate Companies, Government Departments, PSUs, Educational Institutions, Hospitals, and Enterprise customers. Meet decision-makers, understand customer requirements, and promote IT Hardware & Software solutions. Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up until order closure. Develop strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. Coordinate with OEMs and internal teams for technical and commercial support. Maintain Daily Sales Reports (DSR), CRM updates, and achieve monthly sales targets. Products You'll Sell: Desktops & Laptops Servers & Storage Networking & Wi-Fi Solutions Cyber Security & Firewall Cloud & Virtualization Software Licensing Data Centre Solutions Interactive Panels & Smart Classroom Solutions Requirements: 1-4 Years of experience in IT Sales (Hardware & Software). Qualification: Graduate (MBA Preferred). Gender: Male / Female. Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills. Good Negotiation & Relationship Building Ability. Self-Motivated and Target-Oriented. Basic Knowledge of IT Products (Preferred). Proficiency in MS Office. Willingness to Travel for Customer Meetings.
