Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets during night shift hours. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Conduct market research to understand client needs and identify new leads. Present and demonstrate Icert Global's products and services to potential clients. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 0 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related international client-facing role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural nuances. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Willingness to work night shifts to align with international time zones. Prior experience in international sales or business development is a plus.
