Overview We are not hiring for a typical sales job. We are looking for Rainmakers. People who can find opportunities where there are none, start conversations with strangers, understand what people actually want, build trust, negotiate intelligently and close. You will work in the room where decisions are made, alongside the founders of an Amazon Growth Agency that is being built with the ambition of becoming one of the top 1% of Amazon agencies globally. Your market will be global. Your primary focus will be Amazon US founders and brands. You will learn how to identify high-value prospects, conduct LinkedIn and Instagram outreach, generate leads, engage with relevant conversations, qualify opportunities, conduct discovery, handle objections, negotiate and close. This is consultative B2B sales, not pushy selling. Your job is not to convince someone to buy something they don't need. Your job is to understand their business, identify the problem, determine whether we can create value, and build a win-win partnership. What makes this opportunity different?
