Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you'll be the face of our company-connecting with potential clients, explaining our services, and supporting our logistics operations. No prior experience? No problem. We'll train you! We are seeking enthusiastic and articulate sales professionals to join our dynamic freight forwarding team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and college students looking to build a career in logistics and international trade. Going further, a year down the line, you will also be trained in operations and documentation processes. Responsibilities of the Candidate: Make visits and cold calls to prospective clients and leads. Explain freight forwarding services, including air, sea, and road logistics. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information. Maintain call logs and update CRM systems. Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and documentation. Assist in lead generation and appointment setting. Build rapport with clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Learn industry functioning and the modus operandi of the business. Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Gujarati, or Marathi. Basic understanding of logistics or willingness to learn. Strong interpersonal and listening skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Graduate or pursuing graduation (Commerce, Business, or related fields preferred).
