About the Company Avsar HR Services is hiring a Business Development Executive (Field Sales) for an on-ground customer acquisition role supporting app subscriptions and consumer outreach. The position is based in Surat, Bangalore, Chennai, and Vijayawada, with regular field activity in residential and market locations. Responsibilities Visit customers through door-to-door promotion and canopy activities in market areas. Explain the app, subscription plans, benefits, and available discount coupons. Convince prospective customers to subscribe and complete the customer acquisition process. Guide customers to download the app from the Google Play Store and assist with the initial steps. Travel approximately 15-20 km daily to assigned locations and maintain regular field coverage. Work primarily on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; employees may take one day of leave between Monday and Thursday. Track daily outreach, customer interactions, subscriptions, and follow-up activity. Requirements Prior business development, field sales, direct sales, promotion, or customer-facing experience is useful, though candidates with strong communication and sales ability may also be considered. A personal bike is mandatory for this field-based role. Good communication, persuasion, customer handling, and basic smartphone/app navigation skills are required. Applicants should be comfortable working outdoors, travelling locally, and engaging customers in residential and market areas. This is a full-time, in-office and field-based opportunity in the consumer internet and app-based subscription industry. Compensation is ₹20,000-₹22,500 per month, along with PF, ESIC, incentives up to ₹5,000, and a travel allowance of ₹200 per working day.
