Looking for energetic, proactive professionals (freshers are welcome!) who love connecting with people and helping students build rewarding careers through upskilling. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective students and professionals from inquiry databases. Manage lead follow-ups via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email to drive enrollments. Conduct insightful telephonic and in-person career counseling sessions. Organize and support webinars, career talks, and seminars. Maintain accurate CRM tracking and sales reports. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interest in sales through calling and counseling. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms (like Zoho). Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Graduates/Postgraduates in any discipline (Business, Education, or Sales backgrounds preferred). This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Andheri East, Mumbai, offering a monthly salary of ₹20,000-₹25,000.
