Business Development Executive (BDE) at BestQ Software Private Limited

Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential customers across target industries. Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email, referrals, and outbound campaigns. Reach out to CTOs, Engineering Managers, QA Managers, Product Leaders, and Founders. Understand customer pain points and qualify opportunities. Conduct product demonstrations and explain BestQ's value proposition. Prepare proposals and commercial quotations. Handle objections and negotiate pricing. Close new customer deals and achieve monthly revenue targets. Maintain CRM records and update pipeline stages. Work closely with the product and customer success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Build long-term relationships for upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Confidence in cold calling and outbound sales. Ability to understand technical products and explain them to business and technical stakeholders. Self-motivated and target-driven. Preferred Experience: Experience selling software, AI, DevTools, QA tools, or technology products is preferred.
