Becomfort IT Solutions is actively hiring for the role of Business Development Executive (BDE)! Roles and Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Provide market feedback to help shape product development and marketing strategies. Manage the sales pipeline and track progress towards goals. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company's business development efforts. Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Quick learner with a positive attitude. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
