Business Development Executive (BDE) at TantraSoft Solutions India Pvt. Ltd.

Responsibilities : Identify and develop new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Promote company products and services in the market. Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities. Achieve assigned sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution. Requirements: B.Pharm. M.Pharm. B.Sc. B.E. (IT or relevant Engineering fields). Experience: Freshers can apply. Up to 1 year of experience for Executive roles. Relevant experience required for Assistant Manager and Manager roles. Candidates with experience in marketing, especially in the pharma industry, will be preferred. Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Target-driven and self-motivated. Ability to work independently and in a team.
