Purpose of the Role: Responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving business growth. Responsible for developing the business within the region, signing new client contracts, assisting clients in defining role descriptions and generating new leads. Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, and trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their business needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue, expand market presence, and achieve business goals. Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential areas for business growth. Understand the client's business goals, anticipate future needs and help determine ideal solutions. Identify and cultivate partnerships with other companies to expand the company's reach and capabilities. Regularly review and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Initiate and involve in employment branding and outreach activities. Assist in billing and payment collection.
