About this role
Induct HR Solutions is hiring for the role of Business Development Executive! Responsibilities of the Candidate: Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through effective account management. Communicate with clients and conduct presentations to explain services and solutions. Negotiate with prospective and existing clients to support business conversion. Engage with clients in person and manage on-site client interactions in Thiruvananthapuram. Manage and update leads using CRM tools. Track leads, sales activities, and performance using CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis. Contribute to achieving business development and sales targets. Work independently as well as collaboratively with the team to drive business growth. Requirements: Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and convert opportunities. Candidates should possess Business acumen and Account Management skills to sustain long-term client relationships. Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities. Experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR services sales is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Thiruvananthapuram and engage with clients in person. Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis for tracking leads and performance. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, HR, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Proactive, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
