Responsibilities Drive retail sales and achieve assigned revenue and business targets. Identify and acquire new customers across retail and SME segments. Generate business through field visits, referrals, networking, and market outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable logistics solutions. Increase customer retention, repeat business, and share of wallet. Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories. Expand the customer base across jewellery, bullion, BFSI, e-commerce, and other relevant segments. Conduct regular market visits to identify potential customers and business opportunities. Meet monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets. Track sales performance, pipeline, conversions, and revenue growth. Follow up consistently with prospects to convert leads into business. Ensure a smooth customer onboarding and service experience. Address customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution. Maintain strong customer engagement to improve satisfaction and retention. Promote adoption and usage of BVC's wallet and digital payment solutions. Encourage customers to increase transaction frequency and digital usage. Educate customers on relevant services and solutions. Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and sales pipeline. Share regular updates on targets, achievements, market activity,
