About this role
Responsibilities Generate leads through calls, online platforms, references, and field visits. Conduct client meetings and understand their business and project requirements. Coordinate with banks and clients for Bank Audit-related assignments and ensure smooth communication. Demonstrate application/software tools to clients and explain their usage, features, and benefits. Prepare client follow-ups, maintain lead information, and provide regular updates to the team. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are properly communicated and addressed. Develop new business opportunities through online and offline channels, including calls, meetings, and client visits. Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients. Handle client requirements for Bank Audit and coordinate with relevant teams. Present and explain the company's software/application tools to clients and demonstrate their key features. Identify potential clients and convert business opportunities into successful projects. Requirement Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident in handling clients through calls, online meetings, and face-to-face meetings. Good presentation and explanation skills. Willingness to travel for client meetings when required. Ability to understand client requirements and communicate them effectively. Basic understanding of software/application tools and ability to explain them to non-technical clients. Good negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills. Candidates with experience in business development, client handling, bank audit, or software-related services will be preferred.
