Responsibilities of the Candidate: Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities. Build and maintain a database of qualified prospects. Connect with potential clients through email, calls, LinkedIn, networking, and other outreach channels. Build strong relationships, understand client requirements, and pitch the agency's services effectively. Work with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentations for prospective clients. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and successful client onboarding. Share client feedback and market insights to improve services and business strategies. Track and report lead generation, sales performance, and revenue progress. Continuously refine outreach, pitching strategies, and proposals to improve conversion rates. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients. Use outbound sales techniques and business development tools (CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Canva, etc.) to generate leads and manage the sales pipeline.
