Key Responsibilities: Call and convert leads for our US job placement bootcamp. Clearly explain program benefits, address objections, and onboard candidates. Maintain and track leads using CRM with regular follow-ups. Coordinate with screening and marketing teams to ensure smooth conversions. Required Skills and Experience: Strong English communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum 1 year of experience in International Sales, B2C Sales, EdTech, Career Counselling, or US IT Recruitment. High level of empathy, confidence, and follow-up discipline. Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US hours. Other Details: Shift: Night Shift (US Hours) (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM) Working Days: Monday to Friday Location: Kidwai Nagar
