Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, prospecting, referrals, and follow-up. Connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, present suitable company offerings, and maintain regular communication. Manage the sales pipeline, schedule meetings, prepare proposals or quotations, and support negotiations through closure. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, activities, and conversion status. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, service delivery, and post-sales support. Track market trends and competitor activity, and share useful insights with the reporting manager. Requirements 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, client servicing, or a related role. Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Comfort with targets, follow-ups, and structured sales reporting. Good organization skills, professional conduct, and a customer-focused approach. Ability to work full-time from the Delhi office.
