Responsibilities: Identify and engage prospective B2C customers through calls, digital channels, referrals, and other approved outreach methods. Understand customer requirements, present relevant offerings, handle objections, and guide prospects through the conversion journey. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes in the company's systems. Meet assigned activity and conversion goals while delivering a professional customer experience. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses, smooth onboarding, and effective resolution of customer queries. Track market feedback and share useful insights to improve sales messaging and processes. Requirements: Suitable for freshers with 0 years of experience who are motivated to begin a career in B2C sales and business development. Strong verbal and written communication skills, confidence in customer interactions, and a willingness to learn. Good listening, follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Comfort with targets, structured processes, and regular use of basic digital tools. A proactive, disciplined, and customer-focused approach to daily work. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, with an annual compensation of ₹6,00,000.
