PhonePe is hiring for Business Development Executive About the Company PhonePe is hiring a Business Development Executive to support customer acquisition, relationship building, and revenue growth in the sales and business development function. This in-office opportunity is based in Bangalore and is suited to candidates with 0 to 6 months of experience who are confident, proactive, and comfortable engaging directly with prospective customers. Responsibilities Identify and qualify prospects through research, cold calling, presentations, door-to-door visits, and other outreach methods. Build strong customer relationships, understand customer needs, and guide prospects toward suitable solutions. Follow up consistently on leads and manage opportunities through the sales cycle to close business. Develop creative sales strategies and identify ways to improve conversion rates and overall sales performance. Work toward assigned sales targets while maintaining accurate records of activities, leads, and outcomes. Report performance metrics, market feedback, and customer insights to management regularly. Maintain, update, and grow the client database effectively using available computer systems and technology. Requirements: Familiarity with sales techniques and willingness to perform field-based customer outreach. Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to use technology effectively for lead tracking and reporting. A target-oriented, resilient, and self-motivated approach to achieving results.
