Business Development Executive at Skilllabs

We're looking for a Business Development Executive who can help us identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute directly to our growth. If you enjoy talking to people, understanding business needs, finding opportunities, and turning conversations into partnerships, this role could be a great fit. What You'll Do: Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, online research, and other channels Reach out to prospects and understand their requirements Schedule and conduct initial client conversations Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle Work with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and opportunities Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities Work toward monthly and quarterly business development targets What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, inside sales, or client acquisition Strong verbal and written communication skills Confidence in speaking with new people and building professional relationships Good research and prospecting skills Ability to understand client requirements and communicate solutions clearly Strong follow-up and negotiation skills Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
