Build strong relationships with prospective buyers, channel partners, brokers, and other stakeholders. Manage the sales pipeline, maintain accurate records, follow up consistently, and work toward assigned targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry through closure. Track competitor activity, pricing movements, and local market trends to identify new opportunities. Requirements 1-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related real estate role. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management abilities. Confidence in meeting prospects, handling objections, and progressing opportunities toward conversion. Good understanding of lead generation, sales follow-up, and customer engagement practices. Self-motivated, target-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in an in-office environment. Relevant experience in the real estate industry will be valuable. Compensation: ₹3,00,000-₹6,00,000 per annum. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Bangalore.
