Present and articulate the value proposition of Xntrova Technologies' services to potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. Negotiate and close deals, achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients. Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, specifically within a digital marketing agency. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience working in the New Delhi or NCR region is a plus.
