About the Company VSPH Technologies is seeking a results-oriented Freelance Business Development Executive to expand its customer base and drive revenue through new business acquisition. This is a remote opportunity suited to a self-motivated professional who is comfortable managing the complete sales cycle independently. Responsibilities Identify and research prospective customers through relevant channels. Initiate conversations, understand customer requirements, and present suitable offerings. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while consistently following up with prospects. Negotiate, address objections, and coordinate with internal teams to move opportunities through closure. Maintain accurate records of outreach, discussions, and sales outcomes. Achieve agreed business development goals and contribute to sustained revenue growth. Requirements Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities. Demonstrated interest in sales, lead generation, and business development. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage targets effectively. Good follow-up discipline, ownership, and a professional approach to customer interactions. Prior experience in sales or business development is helpful, but the role is open to suitable candidates with relevant ability. Compensation: Fixed pay of ₹20,000 per month, plus a commission of ₹2,000 for every sale closed. This is a freelance contract engagement with remote working flexibility.
