About this role
Responsibilities: Handle customer and prospect conversations professionally through calls and other approved communication channels. Generate and follow up on leads, understand prospect requirements, and support business development activities. Plan, create, schedule, and coordinate engaging content for relevant social media platforms. Maintain accurate lead, customer, campaign, and follow-up records. Work closely with the marketing team to improve outreach, engagement, conversions, and brand visibility. Track responses and campaign performance and share useful updates with the team. Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Confidence in handling calls, follow-ups, persuasion, and professional conversations. Relevant understanding of social media content, engagement, and digital outreach is preferred. Good organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work toward team goals.
