Responsibilities: Identify and research prospective customers, partners, and business opportunities through suitable outreach channels. Manage lead generation, qualification, follow-ups, and movement of prospects through the sales pipeline. Support pre-sales conversations by understanding requirements, presenting relevant solutions, and coordinating responses. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing stakeholders. Prepare sales updates, maintain accurate records, and share progress against business development goals. Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion, customer experience, and market outreach. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in sales, pre-sales, or business development. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Fluency in English and Hindi is required. Knowledge of one or more South Indian languages is preferred; proficiency in any additional language will be an advantage. A proactive approach to prospecting, follow-ups, and achieving measurable outcomes. Good organization skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
