Cashcraft Ecometrix Pvt Ltd is hiring for Business Development Executive (Sales) Responsibilities: Identify and engage prospective customers through calls, field outreach, referrals, and other suitable sales channels. Understand customer requirements and explain relevant banking and financial products clearly and accurately. Build strong customer relationships, follow up on leads, and guide prospects through the sales process. Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets while maintaining accurate activity records. Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, application processing, and timely customer support. Share regular updates on lead status, market feedback, and performance with the reporting manager. Requirements: Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Comfort with meeting targets and working in a fast-paced sales environment. Basic understanding of customer acquisition and the banking and finance sector. Ability to maintain professional conduct and accurate records while handling customer information. Location: Laxmi Nagar, East Delhi; this is an in-office, full-time opportunity.
