Responsibilities Market and product research - staying on top of what products exist in the market and what is newly emerging across segments Product development - working with the team to identify and develop new yarns, fabrics, and textile solutions in line with market trends Market and competitive intelligence - monitoring product trends, new technologies, competitor activity, and pricing movements across the textile industry Building deep technical knowledge of yarns, fabrics, and product construction Maintaining databases, product catalogues, pricing, and key product information Preparing reports and presentations on key findings for management Relationship management across key global stakeholders Representing Alltex Exim professionally in all interaction. Cross-functional coordination with internal teams and senior management Requirements 0-2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, Textile Chemistry, or any discipline. Strong interest in textile products, yarns, fabrics, product development, and how things are made. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal. Naturally curious and research-minded, capable of gathering information, identifying trends, and presenting actionable insights. Tech-savvy: proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, MS Excel, and basic AI tools. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Professional, proactive, and capable of representing Alltex Exim with confidence and credibility.
