Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the B2B sector, IT Services Sales and IT Solutions Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Achieve and exceed sales targets and business development goals. Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Requirements Must have experience acquiring clients in at least 2 of the following : Software Development Services Product Development Services IT Staffing & Resource Augmentation Services 1-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
