About this role
Responsibilities of the Candidate: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners, including client visits. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with Hive Rift Softwares' offerings. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities. Provide market and client feedback to the product development team. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale follow-up. Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the business development department. Requirements: Smart and professional dressing sense. Comfortable communicating in English and fluent in Hindi. Strong presentation skills. Minimum 6 months of experience required.
