KDK Softwares is hiring for Business Development Executive About the Company KDK Softwares is a leading software development enterprise delivering innovative, dependable technology solutions across fintech and professional software domains. Responsibilities Drive sales and meet targets by engaging with potential and existing clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings across the Mumbai region. Conduct at least 2 client meetings per week, ensuring effective communication and relationship management. Consult with the Product Expert Team for any client queries. Convert prospects into customers and generate revenue to achieve assigned revenue goals. Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the Sales Manager. Stay informed about competing products and their pricing. Update daily tasks and activities in CRM. Attend online training for 4-5 days via remote session and visit the Jaipur Head Office for 7-10 days once every 6 months. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in software or fintech industry. Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets. Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with preference for Marathi language. Women candidates preferred. Proficiency in understanding client requirements and suggesting appropriate solutions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must possess a laptop and a stable internet connection. Willingness to travel to Jaipur Head Office as required.
