About this role
Looking for an Associate - Business Development focused on Cold Calling and Appointment Setting. Your main responsibility will be to reach out to potential clients, introduce them to anovIP's services, and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone confident on the phone, quick-thinking, and eager to help drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound cold calls & emails to potential clients daily Introduce anovIP's services clearly and confidently Identify client needs and set up qualified appointments for the sales team Follow up with interested prospects through calls, emails, and messages Maintain and update databases & sheets Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion Conduct basic market research to understand client types and industry trends Track and report daily/weekly calling performance and appointment metrics Represent the company professionally in all interactions Option to manage or work with a small outreach team (if required) We're Looking For:- Comfortable in cold calling, inside sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting Excellent spoken English and communication skills Confident, energetic, and comfortable making high-volume outbound calls Ability to handle objections and keep conversations engaging Target-driven, organized, and proactive attitude Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead generation is a plus Why Join anovIP?
