FocusDesk is hiring for the role of Business Development Executive! Responsibilities: Meet business owners, potential clients, and partners through one-to-one meetings. Identify new business opportunities and develop strong professional relationships. Present and explain FocusDesk's offerings in a clear and convincing manner. Understand customer needs, behaviour, and decision-making psychology. Use creative sales and marketing techniques to engage potential clients. Conduct field visits and travel to different business locations across Delhi NCR. Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong relationships. Share market insights, customer feedback, and new ideas with the team. Work towards business development and performance goals. Requirements: Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Confident in speaking and meeting people face-to-face. Creative, proactive, and capable of thinking outside the box. Good at convincing and influencing people in an ethical and professional manner. Interested in sales, marketing, business development, and consumer psychology. Comfortable with fieldwork and travelling within Delhi NCR. Self-motivated and willing to learn from real business experiences.
