Business Development Executive at Greenmile Energies

About the Company We are actively expanding our sales footprint and looking for 5 highly motivated Business Development Executives to drive our growth across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. In this remote, field-based role, you will be the face of Greenmile Energies in your designated region, empowering clients to transition to clean, sustainable energy solutions. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and digital platforms. Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand specific energy requirements. Present solar solutions to clients, clearly explaining cost savings, Return on Investment (ROI), and technical benefits. Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate system design and costing for proposals. Achieve a mandatory target of 5 successful sales per month for fixed salary payout. Definition of a Valid Sale: A deal is officially counted as a successful sale for the month once a 70% advance payment is received from the client OR the 1st loan disbursement hits the company account. Incentive Eligibility: Performance incentives unlock and apply starting from the 4th active sale onward within the calendar month. Requirements Prior experience in business development, field sales, or direct marketing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach and the discipline to thrive in a remote work model. Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits. Must possess a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license (fuel expenses are covered by the company).
