Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation. Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and implement business development initiatives. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Requirements Proven experience in inside sales, with a strong focus on B2C sales. Demonstrated ability to perform cold calling and generate leads effectively. Familiarity with the edtech industry and online programs is highly desirable. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development or a similar role.
