RiseUpp is hiring for the role of Business Development Executive! Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and social media to generate leads and build interest. Understand customer needs and present product/service offerings effectively. Regularly follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline. Assist in handling customer inquiries, and objections, and providing solutions to ensure satisfaction. Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets by closing deals successfully. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead conversion and business growth. Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics. Who Should Apply: Fresh graduates with a BBA, BCOM, or BA (English) degree. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about education and career counseling.
