Job Description for Business Development Executive: Chess Gaja Pvt Ltd: We are on a mission to make chess learning enjoyable to students worldwide. Founded in 2019 by GrandMaster and FIDE Trainer Priyadharshan Kannappan and Meenakshi Palaniappan. When we started, we had less than 10 students, and today we have 120+ students from 12+ countries, learning chess from 12+ coaches. We are not just creating better chess players but also better human beings. Our students learn in the presence of LIVE teachers and classmates, from the comfort of their homes, with a personalized syllabus catered to the student's needs. We are currently working on expanding into new programs like group classes and other ideas! This is a generalist role, where you will report directly to the company founder Mr. Priyadharshan. Responsibilities of the Candidate: Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads Understand customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities Keep up with product and service information and updates Create and maintaining a database of current and potential customers Explain and demonstrating features of products and services Research and qualifying new leads Close sales and achieving sales targets Requirements: Passion for the game of chess Ability to work independently with limited supervision Energetic Candidates with big ideas and dreams! Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask Excellent phone and cold calling skills Exceptional customer service skills Strong listening and sales skills Ability to achieve targets Role Details: Work Location - Remote Working Days - 5.5 days per week Mandatory Language Fluency - English Job Type - Full Time Salary range - ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Why Chess Gaja?
