Responsibilities Handle day-to-day export operations and coordinate with customers, logistics partners, and internal teams. Prepare and provide quotations and commercial offers to international customers. Communicate with customers through email, phone, and other business communication channels. Conduct email marketing activities to generate new international business leads. Identify and follow up with potential customers in overseas markets. Maintain customer databases, enquiries, quotations, and follow-up records. Coordinate export orders from enquiry through shipment and documentation. Prepare and coordinate export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and other relevant documents. Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA/customs agents, and logistics partners when required. Track shipments and provide updates to customers. Support the sales team in achieving export business development targets. Maintain good relationships with existing international customers. Requirements 1-2 years of experience in Export / Import / International Business Development / Export Sales. Basic to good knowledge of EXIM processes and export documentation. Experience in preparing quotations and commercial offers. Good knowledge of email communication and email marketing. Good verbal and written English communication skills. Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills. Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook/Gmail.
