About the Company HW Deck is seeking an enthusiastic Business Development & Client Acquisition Intern to support its growth initiatives and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing clients. This three-month opportunity offers practical exposure to business development in a flexible hybrid environment, with five days working from home and one day working from the Jaipur office. Responsibilities: Research target markets, industries, and potential business accounts. Identify, contact, and qualify prospective clients through suitable outreach channels. Assist with lead generation, follow-ups, meeting coordination, and maintaining accurate pipeline records. Support the preparation of client communication, proposals, and basic sales reports. Collaborate with the team to understand customer needs and contribute to acquisition strategies. Requirements: At least six months of relevant work experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, or a related area. Strong communication, interpersonal, follow-up, and organizational skills. A proactive approach, comfort with outreach, and willingness to learn in a target-oriented environment. Ability to work remotely for five days each week and attend the Jaipur office one day each week. The internship is for three months and offers a monthly stipend of ₹5,000, with additional incentives based on performance.
