Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, market research, and outreach. Engage prospective customers, understand their requirements, present relevant beauty and personal care offerings, and move qualified leads through the sales funnel. Maintain regular follow-ups, prepare quotations or proposals where required, and support negotiations and conversions. Build productive relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal teams while ensuring a positive customer experience. Update lead, activity, and opportunity records accurately and share timely sales reports with the manager. Track market feedback, competitor activity, and customer preferences to help improve sales initiatives. Requirements 0-1 year of experience in business development, sales, tele-sales, retail sales, or a related customer-facing role. Strong communication, listening, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities. A proactive, target-oriented approach with the confidence to initiate conversations and follow through consistently. Basic comfort with spreadsheets, CRM systems, messaging platforms, and routine sales reporting. Interest in the Beauty and Personal Care industry and willingness to learn product and market details. Applicants should be available to work full time from the Bangalore office. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity with a monthly salary range of ₹20,000 to ₹22,000.
