Business Development Associate (Founder's Office) About Know Your Careers: Know Your Careers (KYC) is a DIC-BHU and IIT Kanpur-backed startup, recognized by the Ministry of Education's Innovation Cell (MIC), dedicated to bridging the gap between students and career opportunities and developing innovation ecosystems in schools as well as colleges. We work closely with schools, educators, industry experts, and institutions to make quality career guidance accessible to students across India. Our Programs : Know Your Careers runs student-focused innovation and entrepreneurship programs including the Young Innovators Launchpad, KYC Idea Tank, and Young Innovators' Cohort, designed to take students from problem discovery and ideation to prototyping, pitching and venture building. These initiatives are developed in collaboration with the Design Innovation Centre (DIC), IIT (BHU) & BHU, with alignment and support from the Ministry of Education's Innovation Cell, Government of India. Learn more at : www.knowyourcareers.com Position: Business Development Associate (Founder's Office) Mode: Remote Duration: 3 Months Working Hours: Monday-Saturday | 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Freshers/Final year college students can apply Key Responsibilities: Reach out to schools, colleges, TPCs via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels. Present Know Your Careers and its initiatives to representatives. Build and maintain relationships with principals, coordinators, and administrators. Schedule meetings between interested institutions and the leadership team. Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture partnerships. Maintain accurate outreach records and update the CRM. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless communication. Represent Know Your Careers professionally in every interaction.
