Responsibilities Identify and engage prospective customers through appropriate sales and outreach channels. Understand customer needs, explain relevant offerings, and guide prospects through the engagement journey. Build and maintain productive customer relationships while delivering a positive experience. Meet assigned business development and sales targets through consistent follow-up and structured pipeline management. Record interactions, share market feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion outcomes. Requirements 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, customer engagement, or a related area; freshers are welcome to apply. Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and listening skills. Passion for sales, business development, and customer engagement. Confident, target-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow. EdTech experience is preferred. Willingness to work from the office in Gurgaon or Bangalore.
