Responsibilities Identify and research prospective customers through calls, online channels, referrals, and market outreach. Understand prospect requirements, present suitable offerings, and maintain regular follow-ups throughout the sales cycle. Support lead generation, appointment setting, pipeline management, and conversion activities. Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in the company's systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and share market feedback. Work toward assigned business development goals while continuously improving communication and selling skills. Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident, customer-friendly approach. Interest in sales, business development, relationship management, or client acquisition. Ability to learn quickly, handle follow-ups professionally, and work toward measurable targets. Good organization, persistence, and a proactive attitude are important for this role. Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply; prior business development exposure is helpful but not mandatory. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Visakhapatnam, offering a fixed monthly salary of ₹20,000.
