Responsibilities Scout and identify prospective service partners across assigned areas of Hyderabad. Meet potential partners in the field and clearly explain the InstaHelp opportunity. Drive partner onboarding, documentation, activation, and successful go-live on the platform. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective partners. Achieve monthly partner acquisition and activation targets through consistent field activity. Maintain professional communication with prospects and provide timely follow-up throughout the onboarding journey. Requirements Freshers and experienced candidates may apply. Good communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills. Comfort with field sales, local travel, and meeting people on the ground. Energetic, target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to work in a field-based role. Must own a two-wheeler and be below 30 years of age. Prior experience in business development, field sales, partner acquisition, or customer-facing roles is useful but not mandatory. Compensation: ₹30,000 monthly in-hand salary, ₹3,000 travel allowance, and performance-based incentives of up to ₹75,000.
