Schedule and participate in discussions, follow up consistently, and support prospects through the conversion journey. Maintain accurate records of conversations, pipeline movement, follow-ups, and outcomes in the designated systems. Coordinate with internal teams to share market feedback and help improve business development efforts. Track relevant targets and contribute ideas for increasing engagement, conversions, and revenue. Requirements 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, inside sales, customer acquisition, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in presenting information. A proactive, target-oriented approach and the ability to build rapport with diverse prospects. Good organization, follow-up discipline, and basic comfort with digital tools and customer records. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Interest in the education industry and willingness to learn about the company's products and services. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Chennai, with an annual compensation range of ₹3,60,000 to ₹6,00,000. Candidates with 0-2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
